Associate Director of Intercultural Affairs, Women and Gender OfficeAshley Cleland, M.Ed., serves as an Associate Director of Intercultural Affairs at ECU. She founded the Women and Gender Office, where she is responsible for operations, programming, and strategic planning. In addition to managing the WGO, Ashley facilitates workshops on supporting women and gender minorities such as non-binary people for ECU and the local community.
