Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science

Eboni J. Baugh, PhD, CFLE, CDP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at East Carolina University where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and served as the 2020-2021 ECU Faculty in Residence for Mentoring and Inclusion. Dr. Baugh received her bachelor’s degree from UNC-CH in Communication Sciences, and her master’s and doctoral degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University and Florida State University respectively. As a certified Family Life Educator and Certified Diversity Professional, Eboni has given numerous presentations and conducted research in the areas of parent education, body image, and topics pertaining to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
