Brandon N. Kyle, PhD is an associate professor and clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine in the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Brandon educates health care providers in the areas of LGBTQ+ health and best practices in LGBTQ+ affirming health care. He has led educational efforts with health care learners, as well as delivered professional continuing education in the region through the school of medicine and Eastern AHEC. He also works to foster an inclusive climate for all LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and students in his work as chair of the health sciences campus sexual and gender diversity committee.
